Orthomol Sport is a food supplement. It contains magnesium as a contribution to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal muscle function. Orthomol Sport also contains L-carnitine, coenzyme Q₁₀ and omega-3 fatty acids.

Take the contents of a vial daily together with the tablet and the capsule (= daily serving) during or after a meal. In general, the intake is recommended with some time interval before or after the sporting activity. Shake well before use.
